The app does not let me check-out. What shall I do?

Close the FAIRTIQ app completely. To completely close the app:

  • iPhone: push twice on the home-button. A list with all your active apps will appear. Close FAIRTIQ whipping it away from top to down or bottom to top. 
  • Android smartphones: press the home button for a prolonged period of time. A list with all your active apps will appear. Close FAIRTIQ whipping it away from left to right or right to left. 

Restart FAIRTIQ and perform a check-out. If this should not help activate the flight mode for more than 5 minutes you will be checked-out automatically by the system at the location you turned on the flight mode.
