Please make sure that your smartphone is receiving mobile data and location services are turned on.
- Maybe you were automatically connected to a public WiFi that still has to be activated (e.g. SBB-FREE, PostAuto). The quickest workaround is to either deactive WiFi or forget the connected WiFi-network.
- If you are at a subterranean stop (e.g. Luzern, Allmend/Messe) please check-in beforehand as receiption can be insufficient underground.
